 *Experience: 7-8 years Min with at least 3years in a managerial role
 *Location: Lekki – Ajah axis


• Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees in all units
• Manage Administrative activities such as procurement; travel and logistics, fleet & facilities management, cleaning & janitorial services, vendor management and associated interns etc.
• Coordinate the update of all clients database and records in terms of documentations and information received
• Managing office supplies and ensuring expenses are within budgeted allocation
• Develop budget recommendations for operating expenditures and/or capital outlay, personal services, equipment and materials, and maintains revenue as high as possible
• Promote business goals and objectives by ensuring compliance to the organisations SOPs
• Provide support to management to ensure the prompt resolution of grievance and disciplinary issues and engage the support of Human capital when required


• First level University degree or equivalent; may have advanced university degree
• Minimum 7-8 years post graduate work experience with at least 3 years in a similar role
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures
• Demonstrate exemplary follow-through skills; ability to oversee, track, and complete complex projects/assignments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• IT experience would be an added advantage
 *Remuneration/Benefits:* 150,000 monthly plus HMO & Pension
