American Singer Beyonce Voice Out Of SARS Protests In Nigeria

The 39-year-old entertainer, Beyonce took to Instagram on Tuesday night, October 20, sharing a message of support amid the police brutality protests in Nigeria.

She’s calling for the end of the police unit know as the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).

“I am heartbroken to see the senseless brutality taking place in Nigeria,” Beyonce wrote. “There has to be an end to sars

Everything have to be normal because we have been working with youth organizations to support those protesting for change.

She added, “We are collaborating with coalitions to provide emergency healthcare, shelter, food to our Nigerian sisters and brothers, we stand by you.

Nigerian youths have been taking to the streets daily to protest against police brutality in Lagos and other state in Nigeria for over the past few weeks now.

They also protesting SARS amid claims of kidnapping, harassment and extortion in Nigeria which seem like no freedom.
