The Ogun State governor, Dapo Abiodun has hereby ordered the reopening of all schools in Ogun with effect from Monday, October 26. This is coming five days after the governor closed all schools over the crisis that followed the EndSARS protests.
Governor Abiodun said peace has returned back to Ogun State, it was disclosed in a statement signed by Kunle Somorin, the governors Chief Press Secretary on Sunday.
The statement said, “This is to announce to the general public that all schools are to resume academic activities tomorrow, Monday, the 26th of October, 2020.
Kunle Somorin said since peace returned to all parts of the state after organisers suspended protests due to hoodlums that hijacked the peaceful protests.
But everything is in order now as all the schools to resume back on Monday, October 26.
