A statement of the Covid-19 new records was released by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Tuesday, which showed 1,354 new infections cases in the country.
This was recorded and confirmed on NCDC Twitter handle on Tuesday. Another death was recorded in Nigeria.
The latest figure surpassed the 1,204 cases recorded across the country on Monday, which shows that Nigeria is likely to experience a second wave of Covid-19.
The new infections recorded to bring the country’s total number to 92,705. The coronavirus cases were recorded from 20 states.
