Nagorno-Karabakh Ceasefire To Be Monitor By Russia And Turkey

Armenia and Azerbaijan signed a Russian-brokered peace deal which brought the Nagorno-Karabakh fight to an end.

After about six weeks of times deadly conflict, Russia at first glance appeared to be the main arbiter of peace.

With all this happening, Turkey also played a large role as this agreement is a diplomatic and strategic victory for Baku’s main ally, Turkey and marks a shift away from Western-led global diplomacy.
