Sevilla centre back Diego Carlos are the main target for Manchester United and Manchester City, according to Marca.
The 27-year-old has a €75 million (£67m/$89m) release clause in his current contract, and has also been linked with Liverpool.
Diego Carlos who enjoyed an impressive first season at Sevilla after joining the club from Nantes last summer, as been a top target between the Premier League trio.
Chelsea declined Pjanic-Jorginho swap deal
According to report from the Italy international agent Joao Santos, said Chelsea rejected the chance to sign Miralem Pjanic from Juventus as part of a swap deal for Jorginho
Jorginho who had been strongly linked with a return to Serie A with champions Juventus during Maurizio Sarri’s time in charge.
Sarri of former Juventus coach replaced with Andrea Pirlo last month and have signed Arthur from Barcelona, however, with Pjanic heading the opposite way.

Gary Neville said Manchester United have no desperate need for Jadon Sancho, Striker like Harry Kane would be a better fit among the five addictions he thinks Ole Gunnar Solskjaer still needs in his squad.
Neville told Sky Sports: “Yes, Sancho may fit that bill, but I’m not sat here as a United fan thinking I desperately want him. It could be any number of players that become available that would improve United.”
