Technical Architect/Cloud Architect – Cloud Native, MicroServices, AWS, PaaS, Azure, GCP
Cloud Architect/Technical Architect with a focus on Cloud technologies and Cloud Native principles.
As the Senior/Lead Technical Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and engineering of flagship, cutting edge solutions, constantly pushing the boundaries of cloud technologies for blue chip clients. You should have a strong stakeholder management skills as you will be liaising directly with CTO.
Good understanding of 12 factor apps.
Comfortable working in an agile environment.
Strong technical knowledge in one of the public cloud providers.
Experience in delivering cloud native solutions on public cloud (AWS, GCP or Azure).
Good understanding of risk management.
Basic understanding of the following:
Databases & types of databases
Encryption & key management
Container technologies like Docker & Kubernetes
React, React-Native, Caching, Java, Node
Risk & Regulatory processes
Lead the design and engineering of new, next-generation cloud based solutions.
Refactor existing Legacy solutions to adopt a Micro services-based architecture.
Re-platform solutions to operate in PaaS environments.
Execute PoC, MVP and Application Transformation projects.
Lead developers and get involved in the hands-on coding/development of projects.
Driving thought-leadership within the organisation, our clients and the industry at large.
Use modern software development and Develops practices such as CI/CD, Agile, Scrum, XP and Domain Driven Design.
Advise on Cloud Native application development best practices.
Whilst you will be a technical heavyweight and thought-leader; we will stretch you further and leverage our unbeatable partnerships to ensure you remain at the forefront.
Initial interview conversations will be based on practical competence on layout development with limited strict timescales.
Salary is N350,000 monthly (negotiable)
